Ryan Randall is an energy (oil and gas) & real estate strategist with over 15 years of experience driving deal flow and negotiations. He co-founded Digital Reserve Energy a startup focused on data centers and currently serves as Director of Operations for Blacktail Companies - a full service investment and asset management company focused on acquiring high quality industrial assets.

North Dakota Roots, Global Vision

Raised with a strong work ethic, Ryan brings honesty and integrity to every deal. As a Landman at EOG Resources, he played a key role in a record-setting drilling program and secured a massive acreage acquisition in the Powder River Basin. Back in 2015, he also founded a real estate company with his friend and brother in Medellin, Colombia capitalizing on the growing tourism market.

Serial Entrepreneur & Community Leader

Beyond his industry expertise, Ryan is a serial entrepreneur with two successful ventures under his belt. He was also among the first employees at a thriving Brazilian startup, Incentiv (now valued at over $30MM Reals). After losing his brother Lee, and fueled by a passion for mental health awareness, he co-founded and leads OpenMIND, a non-profit focused on changing the stigma of mental health in his hometown of Minot, North Dakota.

Education & Family

Ryan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. Now living in Florianópolis, Brazil, with his wife and two daughters, he embraces new adventures with his family on this beautiful island.
